What We Believe

Community
Our community matters to us.  Future parkland, open spaces, and supporting amenities can serve a variety of community interests and there should be something for everyone.

Transparency
We believe in openness and participation throughout the land use planning and decision making process.  Ideas should be exchanged as we unite around a common shared vision.

Possibilities
We are unbounded by the limitations of the past.  The potential for the land and the enjoyment it can bring to the community is endless.  The impact on future generations begins now.

Interest Groups

We plan to create leadership teams to help develop a community-led vision and drive land uses specific to these potential interest areas:
  • Sports & Recreation
  • Children & Family
  • Arts & Culture
  • Education, Science & Technology
  • Environment & Nature
  • Civics & Community
  • Horticulture & Gardening
If you have a passion for any of these interests, we welcome your involvement and vision.   Go to: http://airport2park.org/santa-monica-airport2park-foundation-formed and get involved!
